On todays show we learned what a zero waste lifestyle is. We also learned how it can help reduce the footprint we leave on the planet as well as save us lots of money.
In Zero Waste Home, Bea Johnson shares the story of how she simplified her life by reducing her waste. Today, Bea, her husband, Scott, and their two young sons produce just one quart of garbage a year, and their overall quality of life has changed for the better: they now have more time together, they’ve cut their annual spending by a remarkable 40 percent, and they are healthier than they’ve ever been.

Today we discussed the merits of waking up early with Andy Traub author of The Early To Rise Experience- Learn To Rise Early in 30 Days I hate getting up early I love being up early. If you're willing to take one minute a day to change your life then you can become an early riser. I wrote this book because as a father of three kids under five I needed time to work on myself and my business without neglecting my family. I found that time in the morning and it has changed my life forever.
